Highlighting the medium-defying works of Hong Kong’s Scud, Scottish visionary Rachel Maclean, and the revolutionary Colectivo Los Ingrávidos, alongside a spotlight on Chilean cinema in exile, the festival promises an exploration of cinematic frontiers.
